Harrison Street: LEED GOLD single family home in North Arlington, Virginia. Green features include: Alternative HVAC system, increased insulation, increased air quality measures, and Durability considerations.

Four Mile Run: Light remodel on a Northern Virginia condo with water and energy savings goals.

W Street: Three unit condo in downtown Washington DC. Green features include high efficiency HVAC system and solar power.
